The "Labor Mediation Procedure" of the Labor Incident Act has been implemented
for over three years. This international conference invites labor law experts and
scholars from Taiwan, Germany, and Japan to engage in dialogue and exchange views
on key issues regarding labor mediation. Discussions will focus on specific cases,
providing constructive opinions for the future development of Taiwan's labor
mediation procedure.
